At Iliade Consulting, our priority is to promote gender diversity and professional equality. We are committed to ensuring equal pay for women and men, and to measuring and evaluating the differences in their pay each year. For 2023, Iliade Consulting has an overall score of 89/100 on the professional equality index. This good result breaks down into the following five indicators:

● Gender pay gap: 39/40

● Gender pay gap: 35/35

● Number of female employees receiving a pay rise on return from maternity leave: 15/15

● Parity among the 10 highest earners: 0/10

The first indicator, calculated within each position and coefficient in the branch, shows a pay gap in favour of men reduced to 0.4% in 2023. This result is the outcome of the work carried out since 2011 with the trade unions in the field of professional equality and covering all employees of Capgemini UES companies in France.

Overall, this Index demonstrates the sensitivity of Iliade Consulting in the field of professional equality, diversity and the mix of employees.
